A Little Bit of Sunshine in Every Bite

Hi, I'm Natalie! I have enjoyed baking since I was a kid, and this is a passion I have shared with my family. It started with my husband, Mike, helping me bake when we were dating, and since then, we’ve added two kids to our crew, who proudly serve as our professional taste-testers and new recipe helpers.

If you’re new here, we specialize in gluten-free cookies, treats, and bread. In 2022, our Ray of Sunshine, Raia, was diagnosed with Celiac disease, forever changing our time in the kitchen. Determined not to lose the joy of baking (or our favorite treats!), we set out to create and recreate delicious gluten-free versions that Raia loves and that her brother Link enjoys, too.
