I have enjoyed baking since I was a kid, and this is a passion I have shared with my family. It started with my husband Mike helping me bake when we were dating, and since then we've added two kids to our crew — who proudly serve as our professional taste-testers and new recipe helpers.
In 2022, our Ray of Sunshine, Raia, was diagnosed with Celiac disease, forever changing our time in the kitchen. Determined not to lose the joy of baking — or our favorite treats — we set out to create and recreate delicious gluten-free versions that Raia loves and that her brother Link enjoys too.
Everything here is made in a 100% gluten-free home. No wheat flour, ever. We bake with care so that everyone at your table can share in the joy of a really good cookie.
